My stay was very comfortable, the hotel staff was very helpful, the breakfast was also very good. May be you can improve upon toilet cleaning and room service. Otherwise the stay was quite comfortable and the property is newly built and beautiful.

Hotel rooms are very nice. Hotel staff is very supportive and kind. Food quality is good. Beach is very near from this hotel. Plastic use at hotel is very less it’s nice for the environment.

Good hotel. Can keep water bottles instead of water cans. Rest looks fine. Over all it's good hotel

Hotel service was very good. Room was clean and everything for our daily use was there. Staff is very good and overall the view and food is also very nice. I enjoyed my trip very much.

It was an amazing experience for me at citadines from the beginning till the end where we got an upgrade for our room and the staffs were so courteous and well mannered and the food was very good but the breakfast buffet could have been better

While the place is grand and i reached late night, the staff was very good. They even upgraded the room to suite without expectations. Room was very clean, well maintained and really comfortable. Breakfast was terrible, careless managing, terrible food hygiene. Compared to the property and its grandeur, breakfast service was abysmal.

This is our second stay. Its a pleasant place to stay in omr at best price, there ambiance and service is feel good. There morning buffet breakfast is great in the schedule.

We had wonderful stay! the room was pretty spacious with lots of light and air. Their pool and sauna were amazing. The staff and service were also good. Would recommend to fam n friends!
