Not value for money property, non maintained rooms, dirty bedroll, curtains, spider webs in washrooms, water leakages in the hotel, all electric points damaged, lights not working,

No hot water

Property location is okay, but no good restaurant near by. There is no hot water in this hotel. Breakfast is good. Overall experience is okay.

Terrible Stay

No hot water available at night time and also no hot water till morning 6:30 am. Food served in dinner is not cooked properly. Morning in breakfast very limited options are available and idly which i ordered was very hard to eat. Idly were as hard as rocks. Very terrible experience

Good Stay

Pretty decent rooms with great beds, clean ac, linen, breakfast served in the room. Overall value for money. If you are staying here to go for madras race track then u need your own vehicle. The track is 10-12 minutes without traffic, and it crosses a toll.

High cost for poor hotel

Very poor hotel. The service was bad, rooms were not clean nor the blankets were clean. We had to struggle for anything and everything. It was a discomforting hotel

Good hotel for a business trip.

Good hotel to stay. Rooms are spacious and clean. Food served tasty. As it is right next to the highway, one has to be prepared for noise ( not much heard inside the room though) room services are good.

Lacked general cleanliness

The property lacked general cleanliness. The room reeked of cigarette smell, the least they could’ve done after cleaning is ensured that the room didn’t smell bad. They don’t offer 24hours hot water even when it’s raining and we came soaking wet. I understand it’s their policy but i think they can make an exception when it is raining. The dining area also was very unclean, the tables were sticky. Overall had a very bad experience.

I took it while on a business trip in sriperumbudur. One night with complimentary breakfast. The place is a little old and everything needs a little bit of refreshing, but it’s on the highway so anyone driving can easily reach the place. Room was good for the money and breakfast was also good.

Shabby, uncleaned indoor curtains and stained bed sheets, towels. No hot water, no restaurant. Ac improper. Not at all recomended.
