He is asking for an additional charge even after i booked. I asked why he is saying the discount category is not allowed for local id but booking it showing is allowed for local id. It's for non refundable so i gave additional money and checked-in.

It was a terrible stay in dakshin inn, chennai. 1. Black water comes all the time in all taps. 2. Mug was broken 3. Tap and basin was broken and not cleaned at all. 4. Mirror was not cleaned 5. Room ac was not working and remote battery was over so remote was not working. Manually we have switch on/off directly from the main switch board. Further i checked and found that ac is full of dust and without any cooling. 6. Both bathroom and room was full of mosquitos. I complaint and requested to change. But not option to change the room. 7. Tv remote was missing 8. This is more sort of bachelor pg. Not suitable for family to stay. Hence, out of my 2 days stay 1 day i spend in my friend home and 1 day somehow i survived in that hotel. Over all worst stay for me.

No ac remote, no wifi, brown water, full of mosquitoes. If you don’t care anything about this, you can boom it

Was a later than last min stay, so can't complain, the size. Of the room especially with balcony was commendable, the bathroom taps leaked thgh and the wood work outside was despicable. Not much to comment esp for a half a day stay. But close proximity to shops is a plus, so u can order in food swiftly

The room was very worse maintain and not cleaned properly. Tobacco usage from next room make us uncomfortable and very bad odour from the ext room and all over the lobby. I never stayed in hotel like this. And the ac and cooling vera low and worst maintained. Even balance looks very worse

The ac was not working at all. Very poor customer service. Facilities are not worth for money. Also the room was not clean at all.

Ac, tv not working properly. Fan having huge noise. Floor mate putting plastic only. It's not inching the water properly. In rest room wash basin leakages observed.
