Good service and room facilities. Location just 5 mins away from metro and railway station. Easy way to connect main areas. Food is also good.

All good, just need to update the air conditioner. Good location. There was good warm water in shower 24 hrs. We could find good restaurants down on ground floor. However, we haven't tried. Fixing the ac alone will be of great help

The overall performance is average. It is suitable for short stay for taking the location advantage. Break fast provided is average. Room cleanliness was also average. It is renovated, hence looked new. Service provided is satisfactory. I would like to comment my stay at kansone hotel and banquets

The stay is ok, the rooms are little smelly with cigarette smell. The buffet place is very minimal restricting it to only 12 ppl at a time. Washrooms are little unclean

the stay was good and ambience of hotel as well as the staff but the breakfast given can be way more better as well as a suggestion from my side the authenticity of chennai with the use of banana leaves could be shower more memories for the stay at chennai 😇
