Old room. Not maintained properly old linen old towels hard pillow wifi hardly works f&b service staff are not professionally trained. Breakfast buffet staff are rude. Smelly room ( like humid/selan wala) mosquito in the room cockroach inside room, lobby no parking area

the property is undergoing renovation and at least 2nd floor we have an old dusty carpet in the consider - left side of the corridor rooms (my room was 206 ) have no windows 🪟 at all !! this makes the rooms smelly - there was some smell food is good and staff are courteous but the property needs to complete renovation asap else the stay experience is not good. room has now window 🪟 for natural light 👆also the exterior renovation work is happening and is very torn down

Room service is slow, the tv and landline are not working, and only a basic menu( dosa) is not available at the restaurant at night.

Location is very accessible based on my work. Food is good, but u get nothing after 10. 30 pm, which is a cause of concern. Staff are very courteous & friendly. Breakfast spread is ok, but there should be live options.

Food is good but have only limited options and the same items repeatedly for every day. Location is ok but there is a flyover under construction, that’s way there is lots of traffic. Service is like. If we need the water then have to purchase a new bottle otherwise for ro water personally went to reception then they will give the ro water. Complementary tea bags, coffee pouches, milk pouches, sugar pouches supplying only for one time and then we have to purchase

Rooms and accommodation was good. But they have charged me extra for early check-in even though i told them that i will also be doing an early check out the next day making the overall stay to be within 24 hrs.

Well maintained rooms, great room service, food at restaurant was excellent. The swimming pool was very hygienic.
