It’s is a nice place to stay for both family and friends. Value for money i paid and very near to restaurants. But if you want home food that is also available.

The hotel didnt is not clear with the stay rules. Over mmt, it has mentioned that couples are allowed but in reality after booking they said couples not allowed. The contact person was also very rude while talking over phone. Mm t also didnt convey everything properly before hand.

Stay and staff are good. But room which we were offered was small. Felt bit conjusted.

11 am is checkout time i know very well n i call to reception for continue but call we’re not reached so i went to washroom n thought to go directly after bath n tell them, meanwhile staffs came n he’s like no no do checkout now itself, or else pay extra, i’m saying from inside the washroom pls wait 10 min i’ll come out n wil do, more than 5 times i’m saying loudly but he’s not even listening n stubborn like have to do payment or do check out, the same thing happened on my first time booking, in my first time booking i added breakfast n morning i called to staff n asking for bf he didn give then i left n didn't say anything, but this time is really too much, not fair but all the receptionist they supporting him! n telling me to pay n do direct booking then i get 24 hours, no, if i don’t do then i know the staff wil totally refuse me that’s y i make! actually i shouldn’t come here but again.

The stay was good and this property was nice. The location was convenient and beautiful. The caretaker was good. The food was really awesome. But they should have improved the facilities and amenities. Other than this I would like to recommend this to others.

It was my official stay. The location of the property was very nice and it was easily accessible. Surroundings and view were awesome. The rooms were very comfortable and the facilities were good as well. The caretaker and staffs were very friendly and cooperative. It must be recommended to others.

The property was in a good location. There was no one for the welcome. Staffs were not friendly and helpful. The room was average. I did not get hot water in that property. It was a poor stay for me.

The property was amazing. The location was good. Only one difficulty I faced was the network issue of my mobile phone. The room was very nice, they literally maintain every room. The property was very clean and tidy. The caretaker was very helpful and nice. They also have food facilities. The stay was Worth for money.

Nice service. Excellent cooks. You just feel at home. Good vegetarian food. Excellent and peaceful location. The staff is superb, especially the cooks.

Well maintained, good services, close to the city, good connectivity, spacious, cooperative, no food facility, while travelling on late night food facility is must, internal cooking is suggested rather than sending someone out

I have always loved being there at Happy homes. Quite accessible from major office areas. Spacious room, clean toilets, home based food (North-Indian) and quality South Indian too. It's value for money, cell network reception is a slightly concern but rest all good.
