I am stayed at OYO jj residence but I fully paid but Check in the time they ask me to pay extra RS 500 then only check in after no choice I paid extra 500 but still inside don’t have any facilities example drinking water fresh towel anything nothing and water heater no working and no clean air he room…

Please don't stay at this hotel. They are buying extra charge for the booking. Rooms were very bad in condition. Reception guy asked extra money at the time of check-in

They charged extra over and above the mm t charge. Their rooms are not hygienic and most of the rooms are in very dirty state not at all for human stay. Not fit for hotel to be under mmt.

The hotel people is demanding up for the extra payment other than booking amount. They charged us another for allotting the rooms. We booked 3 rooms even after paying extra 2000 rupees they given only 2 rooms.

Terrible experience. The location is inside a colony and dont even have signboard at the colony entrance, it took forever to find the hotel. Moreover the contact number provided by them was of no use they don’t even respond. The receptionist was hell of a rude person. He didn’t even get out of his comfort zone to show the room just handed over the key and the rooms are also below average

Upon checkin reception person denied my booking and asked for extra payment or they give the room. As my booking was already confirmed and payment was done but still i’ve given the extra amount. Staff behavior was very bad and upon asking for manager’s details they denied to give the same. Worst experience ever.

The hotel persons are not bothered about customer they took extra payment and service was very bad and food and travel guide is very bad from hotel persons. Cleaning is not taken by hotel persons
