shows that food is available twice a day at this hotel, and i even paid for it, but when i arrived, there was no restaurant. The wifi is poor as well. You can get water bottles for free, and while the staff are very innocent

they not allowed 2hrs early check in and asked for extra 400₹ for this. and they also asked do not book next time, they might not be able to accept booking

We have booked the ac, but they provided the non ac room and said this the only room available, when we asked them to charge as per the non ac they arrogantly said you booked check with them. Hot water won't come, generator won't work and tv remote won't work. Nothing works. It was worst experience.

Very poor management i already book the room and pay the full amount but they not allowed me because of i paid through makemytrip with discount price they said the room is not available but they are allowing people who have not pre-book especially they are not considering makemytrip customers
