I had a very comfortable stay of two days at hotel pearl international, channai, food of restaurant was good and testy, staff of hotel was also polite and room service was also promt, it is good hotel for stay.

Really had location. No hygiene bad maintenance and toilets are really worse and the hospitality is really poor and staff are not well mannered will never recommend this place and waste of money please don't go there

I found many cockroaches in the bedroom i felt its bit older but it looks clean and food is worst i doesn’t feel like south indian food

Property is at short distance from railway station, but rooms and bathrooms are stinking and very shabby rooms. Towels were not well washed.

Room is Good but reception area and out side hotel need to upgrade as Chennai is too much hot city need maintain minimum A/C at reception

I reached the hotel at 7.00 am . hotel authorities said ,check in is 12.00 noon.I requested to give my booked room,they refused to give the room and said if u want room pay extra 300 per hour (5×300)roughly around 1500. simply I kept my luggage in the reception and went out for my personal work. I am requesting why ur keeping check in time 12.00 noon and check out next day 12.00 noon.Not use full. most of the people nearly 80 percent travel in the night and reach the hotels in the early morning, fresh up go for their personal work ,what is the use of check in time 12.00 noon and when we have to take complimentary break fast without getting the room. so please set the time as 24 hours of check in time.so it will be beneficial for the customers

The location was not good, there were open sewers in front of the hotel and beside it. The hotel room was okay but not worth the money.

Good location, rooms are good bed ac all are good experience. Breakfast time is from 8am that could change to 7. 30 am atleast.

The location is great, food was nice, service was good and amenities are very good. My stay was very pleasant. The behaviour of the staff are very nice.

I had paid full amount of stay and again when i checked in they ask for more money there was missing understanding between hotel staff and makemytrip which is not resolved yet

The property location was not good. It was surrounded by a slum area which is not good for a couple as well as for family. Don't go for photos. Food quality was ok not great. Option was very less for veg. We have not tried non veg so can't comment on that. There was no hot water for the bath at all even though we asked to fix it multiple times. There were cockroaches also in the bed. Overall experience is 1 star

Good hotel but not good location just away from main road no sunlight. If you planning to for only night stay than hotel is ok.
