No food bathroom was so so conjusted not a smiling welcome

Hotel is not decent. Room is very small. Mattress is really bad. All the linen are bad. Towel they provided looks very dirty. I ended up putting my clothes in top of pillow otherwise i couldn't have slept. I would never come back here. I travel-led as a solo traveller. I could never ever think about staying here with my wife. For similar rate you will find better hotels next to this one

Terrible experience, denied checkin even though it was already paid. Didn’t even have the courtesy to notify or contact in advance, it was when we reached the hotel after a long tiring travel when they denied us checkin

I stayed in this hotel for 02nights. Rooms were small but neat. Location was top class, next to cricket stadium. Few things that can be improved they can install kettle in the room staff was polite but but more training will do no harm shampoo, moisturizer was not provided. Dental kit was given hotel has no restaurant. Good thing is that one can use food delivery apps. Hotel has no problem. Overall nice stay. Will stay here whenever in business trip to chennai
