Stay was comfortable with clean rooms. But it does not provide room service phone. You have to go downstairs for each and every thing to ask for. Food is good with decent staff

They simply add gst on your water bottle that bottle cost is 20rs they charged you 25rs +gst

The hotel place is very prime. I have missed this in all my previous visit. I paid around 1700 for classic for 2 adults and a child. No water will be given. It's chargeable. No towel and soaps will be given. Take everything. Neat place. Won't be much spacious. Staff are friendly. Complementary breakfast was good. I prefer to stay again whenever i visit chennai for shopping. Coz it's very near to t nagar

It's overall good hotel. They have make bed sheets pillow covers more clean. Chairs in room was not good. They can make the kitchen pure vegetarian.

Although as per booking breakfast was free, the hotel management insisted on payment, saying that is their rule for all online booking. Showing terms from MMT document did not help.

Though I didn't stay overnight, following should be improved at hotel. Lift is not working. Room filled up with cigarette smell. It's too small for the price. Thought single bed, but discovered two single beds.

Stayed in Kuber Inn, Saidapet during Sep 2019. Hot water was not available in the bathroom. Damaged commode seat cover. Bed mattress not very clean. AC not working, so was shifted to another room. Hotel Staff do not clean the room /change mattress/ change towels everyday as routine, we customers need to request them and only in our presence they clean up. Overall bad service and not value for money. Rooms are bit small.
