Booked hotel for elderly parents aged 70 plus. Made full payment upfront. On arriving late in the night at around 10 pm at the hotel, they were told there are no rooms and nothing can be done. However on insisting that full payment has been made already, the receptionist after some reluctance allocated a room. This kind of stuff should be avoided. Not sure where the gap is. Is it with mm t or the hotel. They had no information of the booking.

Location is good. Hotel staff is helpful. Food is ok. Rooms are not 4 or 5 star but decent. Visited first time in chennai, mr. Subrat, hotel staff, helped me a lot in making my stay comfortable.

While the intention of the management may be good, the facilities left a lot to be desired. We had booked three rooms for a stay of 3 nights. Initially we were shown to rooms with rusty bathroom fittings and strictly functional status. When we asked for coffee with the free breakfast, we were told it was chargeable!( No self respecting South Indian would call that coffee). When we decided to cancel the booking, management allotted us rooms with clean bathrooms. I will not be returning to this facility.

No TV, no food, no mineral water

Paid good amount for this guest house considering the review. But my personal experience was not at all good. Guest house does not offer food, no TV, no mineral water. Staff is good, cooperative. But we expect lot more when you are paying amount which is similar to stay in 3-star hotel.

Terrible Stay

Not a comfortable stay. Tv was not working. The helper appeared only after repeated callings. Had to repeatedly call manager for petty things.

Excellent location, but definitely not Worth its money

The good thing about this property is its staff. They are very polite, courteous and helpful. The other plus is its location, that's it. Aside that, the room was not at all upto the mark most importantly due to its tariff. I had to get it mopped before I checked in and asked for room freshener to be sprayed twice. It is a refurbished Guest House. Point is, for the rate they are charging the amenities and ambience need to be much much better.
