The room are average and not worth for the amount they are charging. No breakfast available. No warm watet kettle, no water/tea/coffee. Mobile charging points are not at apporpriate height. Some room are other side of building and wifi, other services not available.

There is no toiletries. Geyser was not working. Good for one night stay. Room is clean. But bathroom and toilet is average.

Service is good, rooms are neat and clean. However, breakfast is not that hygiene. Elevator and common area is not appealing good.

Reception was unattended when we reached around 11:45 pm. He came after about 15 minutes wait. The room was not ready and it took another 15 minutes to prepare the room. More about half an hour's wait on road with luggage before finally entering the room. The guest house located right behind a big fish shop and smells fish even inside room. Not worth another visit.

There is a fish stall below the hotel for which it is difficult to stay in first 2 floor due to filthy smell from the fish stall. However one can stay in third floor but bathrooms are not so clean and water is salty and have iron with visibly light orange color water. Only good thing is that room is spacious, clean with good working AC/TV and location is good with all necessary amenities like restaurants, hospitals, supermarkets, theatre etc nearby.

Stay horrible, food no food there, we have to find something outside. If we order food they don't like. They would tell you better you find from outside. Location good, but the narrow entrance is near to fish stall and not tidy. AC was not working properly and was leaking. Next day morning the room was full of water. Even after complaining nobody bothered about repairs. They would have arranged for another room when our room was full of water. Bathroom water is yellowish. Drinking water also hard. Bathroom was not clean. We booked a room for 3 adults one child. The room was very small not sufficient for 2. They provided an extra mattress for the third which was not clean. There was no space to place the extra mattress. The furnitures are old and the plastic chairs are not clean. The photos in the site are misleading. This was my worst experience so far. Sorry if I am very negative. I took both my parents with me. It's was an embarrassing situation for me.

Overall the hotel was good located in prime area staff was very friendly and cooperative good hotel for families friends and couples.

The staff members are OK. But the cleanliness was very bad. Bathroom had little bit foul smell. Exhaust fan not working too. But breakfast was good. Location also very good. But the lift works terrific. I always traveled with fear about failure. No proper parking. Parked my car at road side only. Not worth for money.

Guest house at best location to stay in Chennai. Restaurants are nearby.
In my room there was no almirah. Uncomfortable for storing my clothes.
