It was very bad experience. Room was very uncleaned as it was deluxe ac room also. Water was not there in toilet around 1 day. Very bad experience in my life in hotel stay

The honor behave very rudely he prefers counter booking easily and make me stand for key more than 15 min and i booked delux room and given me very bad and small room.

Building is old but gold, stay like home. Kindly approach in reception. Car parking is impossible due to narrow street way

Thankfully i didn't have to stay overnight. There was neither soap nor towel in washroom though condition of toilet was decent. Congested lane with garbage dumps. Construction noise as next room was being renovated. Bugs crawling around.

The rooms are just enough for stay. But not look so good like the images. Also room was very tiny even though it was enough. Because i booked a simple room, that's why.

i booked for my brother and cousin. When they went to the hotel in morning 3:30 am, the hotel staff told the room is not available and pay. But i already had paid for the hotel. When i tried calling the customer support, the hotelier asked my brother to pay 500. Since he was with my cousin who was a female and support was taking time and it was late at night he paid 500 rs through cash and checked in. When the customer support contacted me again, they said to collect the invoice of 500 when checking out. When my brother was checking out there was no receptionist. When he called a number, they said they will sent the invoice through whatsapp. But it was not sent although we called them many times and they assured to sent it. We couldn't revisit the hotel as we had engagements in chennai and a train to catch. So i contacted customer care again. They contacted the hotel and hotel said that no extra charges was collected from us. So the customer support said they cannot help me. Its not about 500 rs, but about trust. How can we go with a family. Only after this incident i checked about this hotel in google. Very terrible experience.

First the hotel said i had no booking then i had to complain to get me a room. Location was very good. However the night staff was rude and uncooperative. Simple things like giving water they wldnt do. When i asked for refill franklin the night manager said goand get it from the water purifier tap on your own. I had to go out and purchase my own water. Intercom phone in roon was never repaired so every time i had to go physically to reception to report any problem. I used to leave hotel at 7 am and come back at after 8. 30. So wldnt recommended this hotel other than location being close to metro

They treat customers differently when paid via cash and when paid via make my trip. Ac was not properly working. Changed the room and switch boards were not working. 0 hospitality.
