Wifi not working, they are cheating by saying it works in sometime. The bathroom is the worst. It's dirty and smells a lot. Snake was visible in the path way. No cleaning service. Ambience is bad. Food is ok.

The amenities are quite nice, with plenty of greenery that creates a refreshing atmosphere. However, while the service is acceptable, the rooms fall short of expectations and could use some improvement. Overall, it’s a mixed experience with standout outdoor spaces but average service and room quality.

rooms are neat and clean... resort is safe and best place for couples and families... food is also good and 😋 tasty... staff are nice so kind and friendly... i have one small suggestion change the check in time because after noon 2 pm is too long, if the customer reach the resort before please allow them and arrange the room asap... overall it's good and nice...😊😊😊👍👍👍

Very relaxing place and food was ok. But service is poor need to improve. Tv in the room need to be upgraded because smart tv is what everyone is using nowadays.

It was a good stay although rooms can be little more clean. Kids enjoyed a lot with swimming pool and games.

The stay was amazing! staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We had to check in early and they gave us complimentary breakfast for that day. Food was amazing. Also the ambience of the entire place is relaxing with soo much to see. It was a very good experience overall

Really a pleasant stay. We liked the resort so much. Kids enjoyed so much in the pool. One small request: if the resort management extends the outdoor activity time it will be more fun.

Positives * clean rooms * staffs * room service * restaurant food quality * resort premises negatives * too much delay serving food in restaurant * not many board games * indoor game area closes at 6pm. Pool closes at 6pm? * no badminton net
