Smelly room, you get bathroom smell in the morning through ac. Cleaning is improper. Furniture and sofa is teared.

Very very very rude receptionist, never experienced in my life. i will never think of going again to nayagara hotel many other discomforts are there but we know it's budget hotel but disrespect attitude to guest not even imaginable. Who ever the owner of nayagara hotel share my comment for his knowledge. Use that receptionist for any other work my advice.

Not good for business trips. No iron box or hot water is available. Breakfast is also not good. Not recommended for business travel.

The reception girl is not friendly, she is so serious and when we ask something she will not answer politely, she responds in a rough manner, note we are not coming with free of cost, we are paying something for that please give some respect to guests

The main usp of this hotel is its location. It is covered by metro as well as suburban train and very close to t nagar shopping area. There are many food options available outside. Room is good / ac works / service is prompt and the front desk is very helpful. I have stayed here many times and would continue for more visits as well. !
