Terrible Stay

When i reached the hotel i was informed that the hotel is full and was moved to another apartment. Though the environment was clean, the room was very small and i have booked a deluxe room. Toilets were small too. Concern was raised and the person said this is what we have. I had no option but to stay as it was non-refundable booking

I don't want to even remember it no restaurant in-or any where near. Taxis are not ready to come. Auto are over charging 150 %

Location was not very accessible. Breakfast was provided and was good. Services were good. I am giving terrible rating as they charged me more on top of what i paid They wasted 1 hour of my time during checkout when i was supposed to catch a flight.\ i pay in full, it's not fair that they charge me more at the end. I request mm t to look into it immediately and ensure this doesn't happen in future. Otherwise i'll have to rethink booking hotel

I was travel-ling with my family to chennai for a wedding. Booked this place for a brief stop over. Was basic but clean. Courteous staff. It is in a residential area. Google location wasn't right though. That needs fixing

When i reached to the hotel nestley they have shifted to an another building of them approx 1km away from the actual hotel. There is no name of the building and location is also not good. Morever stuffs also not there every time.

Don't get lured by the low price. The room pics shown is different from the actual room pictures. It's a single bed small room with: no power backup. No tv no towel no concrete roof it's sheet roof with false ceiling, you can hear when it rains. No parking. No bucket in bathroom broken taps. False walls which allows sound from other rooms with amplification.

Room was good and stay was fine. But the issue i faced was the office was bit far so we need to walk over there for services when the phone was not reachable. Breakfast at hotel. It was served to room no cafeteria available

They have 2- apartments and once the hotel booked they are transferring to apartment. 2 floors family is staying. From next floor they make as hotel no lift. Not recommended for family

The room was a good toilet and was hygienic the hotel manager and staff were cooperative but the issue was there is no electricity backup and during my stay multiple power failures and it was too hot to stay in the room without air conditioner till morning 6 am there was no power and after 6 am they shifted me to other hotel but my sleep was disturbed
