Good place, good service, clean. Good breakfast. Safe place. Friendly staff. Hotel had a beautiful reception area. Room was spacious. Attentive and efficient service.

The room was average. The bedsheets were not new or properly washed. Bathroom settings was ok. No ventilation at all. Mainly the bed sheets and bed was not at all comfortable. They should at-least provide a new set of bedsheets for new customers. I wont suggest this hotel to anyone nor take this hotel anymore. Thanks

Pros: initially the reception guy was welcoming cons: breakfast is average room was not clean bed spreads and blankets were not changed had long hair all over washroom stinks shower: low water pressure no tissue paper available no visitors allowed it is basically built to meet blue collared workers not an ideal property for stay

The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble.

Poor maintenance and broken bathroom fittings

Property has become so bad due to poor maintenance. Shower head and taps are clogged. Bathroom fittings are broken. Not a great experience.

Decent stay near ambattur

Neat and clean stay in minimum budget. Breakfast is decent one. Rooms, washrooms and linen are clean. Location is close to ambattur. But roads are congested and damage.

First of all, they don't allow the guest incase anyone comes to meet you. They rudely behave with them. Breakfast is average and tasteless they will start calling you multiple times after 7:30 am in the morning for breakfast even after you are sleeping and don't respond. If you are here for longer stay they don't clean your room daily.
