I have a bad experience with the hotel, there is no security, there is no cleanses in hotel, no complementary also, staff argument for everything

The hotel was good, clean and cosy. The room were big. Only one thing was missing, no good restaurants nearby. Staff too was co operative, we checked out at 1. 30 pm, kept our luggage until 8pm in the evening, the person was on the counter was helping

Very worst stay dirty lobby rooms are not clean nasty bath rooms they won’t clean the room dirty towels

Management needs to think of providing break fast or at-least coffee. As there is no good tiffin hotels nearby. Night attendant is also necessary. Manager senthil response is good.

The property is at very good location, but there is no any room service. No facility for housekeeping. There are to many mosquitoes and bed bugs are there

The staff was so rude, i reached at 11:10 pm and they made me wait till 11:40pm. No one has come to unload our luggage. No hand wash, towels kept in the room. The staff were drunk and they started fighting with us for not knowing tamil language. Although we have booked for 3 adults, facilities were given to only 2 adults

Very bad experience washroom no soap toilets not worth staying i waist-ed my money

Despite of calling the hotel 3 times and telling them my arrival time, i found that the room was not ready. I was given a room which had baggage of some other guest. The room was already given to some other guest. Till morming, i was not provided drinking water, towel and toiletries. In the morning, i had to go down to the reception to collect water and towel.

Hotel is located in a market area but decent enough for family. It doesn't have any restaurants attached hence no room service. Proximity to airport is a plus.

Fully satisfied with the money spent, ambiance is very good and ac, tv, heater everything worked well. Staff is so polite and friendly, good place for parking and easy access to airport and near by restaurants.
