Very spacious and good rooms. Food is very authentic. Friendly staff. I could able to get room upgrade without asking.

For a room rate of 14k, the hotel has a lousy gym, a small badly maintained pool, a below average breakfast, no hand towels in the bathroom (only 2 bath towels were provided, a really basic selection of tv channels, likely the cheapest cable subscription available. Basic service was terrible. The simple task of providing drinking water took forever.

The hotel was clean and the staff was good. The restaurant and buffet was good as well. The location of the hotel was a big advantage.

Rooms are good. Staff friendly. Only con is for extra bed the tariff is rs1000 + tax rs1600. How on earth?

We moved to novotel from our previous stay and it was the best decision. The hotel is central located and easy to move around town. The amenities are good. Luck, emdor and the rest of the team at the restaurant were very helpful and courteous! excellent customer service

Novatel location is at the prime place easily crisis cross across chennai. Property is very good and its new and rooms are spacious. Food bf spread was good and service was good. Some of the utensils they use need to be changed its of cast iron and its rusted and can't be served on those iron which are so heavy to lift and rusted. Overall experience was good.

Location is good but service is vey poor. Room also not clean. Renovation is needed for this hotel. This hotel is not even near to the novotel standards.

Rooms were ok, i had no issues but have not seen such bad restaurant. I had 6 meals at the hotel and they were consistently short of bowls and plates, never seen that before anywhere. Food was also below average. The amount they charge you would definitely expect a better experience.

Quality of the bathroom was below expectation. At breakfast, there was no butter available. It took them sometimes to get butter.
