Was good and mostly hygiene. Don't have anything else coming up in mind to say abut the hotel. That's it.

Worst hotel and bad hospitality by staff. Struggle for basic amenities like hot water, tv, water, ac, broken door locks, your luggage is not safe even yourself. Mad old uncle as care taker does not have basic etiquettes to respond and behave. Person sitting on reception doesn't feel like to give contact number to guest when he knows there is no basic phone in any rooms of hotel, leakage taps and uncleaned toilets and bathrooms. Will never ever think of going nearby also to such pathetic hotel

It was worst and the bed fan ceiling every single in the room was so worst ! wouldn't recommend anyone to stay its better to demolish it off as it's worst in all aspects a bit zero in hotel industry !

Reception accessibility with luggage is difficult as it's high rooms are average feels like a lodge. No food or even tea coffee

There were baby cockroaches in the room, did not stay in the hotel, absolutely dung e place and not suitable to stay, booked another hotel same time to spend the night

Hotel allows unmarried couples. Rooms are unclean. Bathroom with no geyser. Tv is available but not working.

The hotel receptionist would be better in terms of communicating check in and check out timings if someone booked through makemytrip. I am not satisfied with their support. Not required we are asking sorry begging the support from makemytrip. Nothing could be compensated through money. We are not asking the support *

Totally very bad. Bathroom conditions was very bad. No stand and hangers in bathroom. Room was not cleaned. No room service. Not providing water too in the room. Very bad hospitatlity management. No professionalism.

Bathroom is not neat and clean. No towel anchor. No shampoos. They just kept medimix small shoap. No water bottles. They kept some empty jar.

Not suitable for family, there is no restaurant, they are not even giving plates to have the food, no mineral water and it looks like the pg for the bachelor
