Food was way too expensive that was the only issue. Food was way too expensive that one dish only was priced half the room rent

Fabulous stay at this quintessential hotel. The experience, right from the greetings while getting out of the car in the portico, the bell boy, check in experience was most friendly. The rooms are fairly large and luxurious. Dry bathrooms with enclosed shower area which keeps the bathroom dry was a new experience! the breakfast was sumptuous and literally everything possible was available on a platter. I recommend this hotel for everyone and anyone wanting a nice central place to stay on chennai

Very small room

Rooms are very small. Cannot even stand in the room properly, forget about walking freely. Had to vacate the room immediately as it’s very suffocating

Good Stay

Location is good and at the centre of city, very close to chennai central railway station, anna salai, nungambakkam etc. Well maintained and accessible. I haven't explores the food much so might try next time. Otherwise it was smooth checkin and checkout.

Stay was comfortable. We had opted for a standard room. The facilities provided were satisfactory. Staff were courteous and helpful. We didn’t like the snacks & dal fry ordered in the evening. Breakfast was enjoyable.

Front desk of "radisson blu hotel chennai city centre, chennai" deserves 2 stars only. Although we ensured early checkin was reminded and response was received from their booking team with additional cost, and the same was approved from our end to ensure there's no lag in checkin process when we arrive at hotel after a long flight. Front desk team (miss nirmala) made us wait for more than one hour at the lobby till our host called the booking team and escalated the case. As a guest, i even showed the email conversation, but was ignored.
