Hotel staffs very bad. Even they are not given 10mins for early check in and check out. Worst experience.

Decent hotel, good location- walking distance from chengalpattu railway station and bus stand. Room size, bathroom and amenities were decent. Breakfast was not buffet and had to wait to order and then more wait to receive.

Cosy stay and decent hotel. Walking distance from railway station and bus stand. Decent room size and quite good amenities. Food was nice. Breakfast was not buffet style, only tiffin combo with one masala dosa, one vada, one idli, carrot payasam and pongal along with sambar and chutneys. Only downside was it took 10 minutes to order and another 15 minutes to receive.

The place is expensive for the facilities given they claim free parking but there is no parking inside the hotel. No place for the drivers to stay

Staff is very very helpful specially ms kavita and suresh ji sitting on reception front office. They help as max they can food is good non veg on 4 th floor veg on ground quality of food is good. The problem you are facing is the only with ola and uber the app shows 480 for a trip driver ask 1200 many tiime we are facing this issues other wise south indians are very soft spoken and help full people

We had a very pleasant stay, hotel infra and rooms are good with the reasonable prices. It certainly gives a feeling of a 3 star property. Staff are courteous and helpful. Food is excellent. Nice view of lake, mount and muruggantemple. Very close to the market, bus stand and balaji hospital.

The room at ranga residence in chengalpattu is generally good, but it hasn't been cleaned for the past two days. This has led to a noticeable buildup of dust and general untidiness. The lack of cleaning is concerning, as it affects the overall comfort and hygiene of the stay. Prompt attention to regular cleaning would greatly enhance the guest experience.

Food quality needs to improve too much oil. Also they serve breakfast in plastic plate this is not hygienic at all for this hotel star category! Rooms were neat and clean.

The staff are rude. The bedsheets are dirty. The rooms are very moist and stuffy smell. The tv doesn't have any paid channel. No smart tv's also for us to log into our account.

I wanted a stay in between mahabalipiran and kanchipuram for my family trip as we had itinerary to cover both places. This hotel is located in middle of the both and infrastructure was very nice. Staff was very courteous. Room was very clean. Food was good. Highly recommended to stay in chengalpet area.

My guest checked around 3. 00pm on 10 th august and checked out around 1. 00 am a local friend of the guest visited to their room and spent about 2 hours in the evening, for which they demanded extra bed charges. My guest even skipped the complimentary breakfast. One of the hotel staff humiliated the guest saying that they are trying to extra bed charges - who is a visitor to the guest.
