Poor Stay

The process of check in was good. Food which i ordered for dinner is not good and not up to the minimum marks. The bad experience really comes during check out where i was supposed to receive the gst invoice from hotel for the amount i paid during booking at make my trip app which is inr 9407. However, i have received gst invoice bill of inr 7374 from hotel stating makemy trip pays only that amount to hotel. Which is surprising. There is loss of around 2000 inr.

Staff are not supportive, i will suggest not to stay there. We reached early, so was asking for early check-in, which we already mentioned while booking. The hotel was asking money for early check-in.

Excellent prime location at t. Nagar. Good neat and clean room. Good service by polite and helping staff. The flip side is food is overcharged and not worth the money.

No fans, snacks charged, enquire about complimentary breakfast in advance.

The place is fairly clean but restaurant has restricted timings. No proper communication regarding complimentary breakfast, if you miss it, you need to order food from outside. The snacks in the room are not free, if you eat them by mistake, you will be charged double of their mrp additionally. Rooms have no fans, only ac, people with sinusitis who can’t survive in 24 hours ac should be careful.

Room was pleasant. Few toiletries like hand towel, moisturizer, toilet tissue were not available in room. Unfortunately, one of the sausage i had in breakfast had a price of paper/plastic like wrapper in it. As i informed on of the persons attending, he did not know how to react. Hotel team member's interaction with guests can be much better. Overall ok. For a frequent traveller this place won't be memorable to visit again.
