Location is the key, the staff are very friendly and service is fantastic. Breakfast is included which was nice. The bed is very comfortable and the facility is clean. However it shows the age in some areas.

Rooms were small, but decent. Cleanliness was just okay, no attention to detail but i guess manageable. The worst part was food. It wasn't even hot and basic items like idlis were very hard.

Last 4 official visit to chennai, golden fruits has been my preferred stay experience because of the humble team and the tastiest food served. We went with our 1. 5 yr old girl. The room was neat and clean. The staff was super friendly and kind. Location was superb, transport was easily accessible with market nearby. Had a decent breakfast spread and happily provided fresh milk for the baby. We chose the best room they had, and indeed it was. Very spacious, bed was of good size. The small kitchenette and sink area came in handy for us. Loved it.

The hospitality was extremely commendable especially at the morning breakfast there was an uncle who's an ex taj staff he made feel like home when serving the breakfast. Also the reception staff was good to allow early check in. Would be great further if they get a in house restaurant and fine dine.

Excellent place to stay, calm staff, decent breakfast, just no restaurant so have to rely on food delivery app. Clean room decent vicinity, area of improvement can be tea/coffee making materials could be better other than that nothing. Will look forward to visit again.

Had a wonderful stay. Staff were very polite. The breakfast buffet also was good. Only drawback was the chicken there had the meat smell making it difficult to eat. And the mini refrigerator mentioned in the amenities was not available in the room. The location of the restaurant makes it very easy to access shopping areas.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and welland-furnished. The staff was very friendly and helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed. The location was perfect, close to key attractions, and the had a wide variety of delicious options. The amenities like the pool and gym were well-maintained. Overall, a great experience, and i would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and quality service!
