Clean, tidy room with great breakfas

I loved the way the host called to confirm the routes for the place and how i was coming and if i needed help. The rooms, toilets are pretty clean. Worth the stay, the breakfast was great with a couple of choices of food. This is my second time staying here and it was great

Clean, spacious and safe stay.

Located close to main road. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was polite. The breakfast was good. Overall experience was better than any hotel in this price range. Definitely recommend.

It was a pleasant surprise. My flight was delayed and hence reached the service apartment at 1:30am. Faced no issues with the check-in as i had already informed about the delay from the airport. The room was clean and had all necessary amenities.

I recently stayed at stay bay serviced apartment in chennai from august 18th to 21st, 2024, and had a pleasant experience. The room was clean, well-maintained, and provided a comfortable environment for my stay. The food offered was delicious, and i was particularly impressed by the variety and quality. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist with any needs, adding a personal touch to the overall experience. The location is excellent, providing easy access to important areas in chennai, making it convenient for both business and leisure travelers. Overall, i had a great stay and would highly recommend stay bay serviced apartment to anyone visiting chennai.

This was my second stay at stay-bay and it was the same satisfying experience. The room was always clean with pleasent homely feeling. The staff is efficient and friendly. The location is on main road and accessible. I am sure i will stay here during my next chennai trip

The service apartment was a complete surprise to me. Didn’t expect it to be so good for a 3 * rating. I would give a complete 5 * rating as for the price you can’t get any better stay near by. Extremely friendly stay and the receptionist was extremely caring. Neat rooms, cleaned bathrooms with all the necessities, breakfast very well prepared like home food.

It was a pleasant stay. We were a group of 3. Rooms were neat and comfortable. Breakfast was good. They provide lunch and dinner on prior notice. Very hospitable and friendly service. We had come for a meeting which unfortunately ended up late but the host was gracious enough to extend our check out time. Thank you stay bay.

Good Stay

The service apartment was very well maintained, in the rooms as well as the entire premises. Food was very homely. Staff including reception, room service as well as housekeeping were very polite and helpful. Only major glitch i had was the wifi speed. While they call it a corporate stay, it is very difficult to utilize the wifi. It's very poor. I had raised this issue couple of times during the stay. They provided me with different logins each time but none of them really worked. The wifi worked well only in the dining area. I had also seen one of the guest working on their laptop in the dining area and couple of others guests also raising the wifi issue. So it was not just me who was facing it. Over all it was a lovely stay. But if they seriously figure out the wifi situation, it would be a perfect stay to recommend to others. If you are not someone who is particular about wifi then this is the stay for you.

Location is slightly away from centre of city, but i wanted to have near chennai trade centre. Food is homely, non spicy, kids really enjoyed food. Reception and services are very good. Overall its pleasant to stay there.

Worth every penny

Booked airport cab straight to staybay. The owner of the stay is very responsive and polite. The service boy also very good at receiving he talks english and tamil. Room and maintenance is very clean and good with ac, tv, water heater, kettle for coffee and teas, neat bed and as a solo traveller i feel good enough. Breakfast is idly, uthappa, and a loo parita/ up-ma bread omelette with few fruits when i stayed little routine but tastes good, kitchen people received me good. Room service people came and clean the room when am not present in room i don't know whether it's ok or not. Here mostly are very good people, but may be better not to keep any valuables in your bags and left. Overall my experience as a solo is very good and satisfied.
