The receptionist didn't respond properly during our chick in time. No one came along with us to check-in the room. The room is sticking with the smell and ac isn't working at all, had to struggle for sleeping

At the time of check in hotel night(10) hotel staff asking 500 extra amount they said amount is showing wrong, why these peoples are showing properly, but thanks to mmt team, i will call to mmt & informed his about hotel asking extra amount, they will discuss with hotel & finally it will allow to check in, but it take time 1 hour wase, also next morning hotel staff say us if you book hotel today, so we not allowed to check in
