The room was like garbage room even u know bed bugs and cockroaches roaming here and there worst place ever.. public rest room is better than this…I informed front desk person they simply said you can cancel and go because we can’t do anything I left from that place around 11.30pm it’s too horrible even I raised complaint but still I’m not getting any solution

Hotel management taking extra charge for no reason actually by mistakenly we fall dal on the bed sheet but the bedsheet was so dirty before but we said sorry to them and we are ready to pay for laundry charge but they refuse to take laundry charge they take new bed sheet charge from us this is totally unfair and very wrist experience and the behaviour of the manege r is very bad so ya don’t waste your money to stay at this hotel
