6 double bed rooms were booked via mmt. All money was paid upfront. On reaching the hotel, person at reception informed that no rooms are available and we were denied check-in. Immediately it was informed to mm t customer care. 2 days later, the resolution is still in progress. Customer care representative says that a refund request is generated and under progress. As i go through past reviews, i find that this type of problem is normal at hotel park view inn. Sometimes they try to extract more money from guests by citing higher rates for spot booking. Mm t is a way to lure travellers to hotel's reception and take advantage.

My all room confirmed and they denied my check in and they asked me to pay Rs 800 additional. In room no AC, Shop, Towel.

Very dirty and unhealthy place, toilets, rooms, sheets whole facility too dirty, smelly, cigarettes buds, This place no breakfast available. Also charged after arrive. rs. Withou breakfast

I went to the hotel last night at around 10pm he charged me extra 400- for the room as i paid fully . I asked for the bill and they negotiated for that but i took the pic of bill without their eye on me. Also rooms were dirty and with full of cigarette smell.

Everything was terrible about this place. Lift was not working properly. Rooms were filthy. So too bathroom. Ac was leaking. No towel. No soap. No drinking water. The housekeeping persons were rude n not cooperative at all. Absolutely avoidable hotel. Mmt should duelist it from their listing.

When i reached the hotel, they refused to check in and said they do not take bookings from makemytrip. It was terrible. Makemytrip said they need 1. 5hours to resolve the issue and called me after 2-2. 5 hours and by then i was frustrated and asked them to revert my money.

They won't allow you to check in if you didn't pay extra money, they asked me to pay rs 1500 extra for my stay, and they won't even give you a proper response and red alert for the people who goes to parking it smells as hell, worst hotel i ever seen
