I recently stayed at residency hotel, and my overall experience was pleasant. The location was convenient, offering easy access to nearby attractions and public transportation. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were courteous and helpful throughout my stay. The room was well-maintained, spacious, and equipped with modern amenities, ensuring a comfortable stay. The housekeeping team did a great job keeping the space clean and tidy. I especially appreciated the quality of the bed linens and the bathroom's cleanliness. The dining experience was delightful, with a good variety of dishes served fresh and delicious. Overall, i would highly recommend residency hotel to anyone visiting the area and look forward to staying here again in the future.

There was one guy at the reception. In first case when i asked if there is any room available he said no and then i told him it’s showing in make my trip. He replied saying your money will get stuck if u book through that app and i said let me try and my booking got confirmed. Then when i told him my booking id he sass it will take 40 mins to reflect and he made me wait. His behaviour was pathetic

I stayed with my aged mother at the residency, t. Nagar for two nights. The room was super comfortable. The room service was perfect. The breakfast spread at the pavilion restaurant was really good. The staff were a bit slow but food was good. The most wonderful thing was that the staff had kept a decorated bed and a cake for me mother as it was her birthday that day. They seem to have got the date from the address proof. I loved the pr work. Very sensitive to clients. I loved my stay. A big thank you to the staff

Food, rooms are very much satisfactory and staffs are really good. I think in price point for a single occupancy the pice can be lightly better around 5k would have been very ideal. Apart from that everything is more than satisfactory

Rooms are good, food is good, break fast spread is good. All rooms are non smoking that is a issue. Location is very good.

Stayed at the residency, gn chatty road way back in 1995. Came back again in 2024. Had a pleasant stay service is excellent. Breakfast was sumptuous. They have painted the building with white paint. Looks awful.

Staff was amazing but the lady who is a receptionist in the morning time was so rude while answering my questions otherwise that was a good stay. I will come again.
