This is my second time in this place. But somehow i found my stay is very uncomfortable. There was this stinky smell coming from one of the vents near toilet. It was not so pleasant. We complained and they sprayed some room freshener. But still that doesnt help it. Same issue with the water there is no pressure at all. Water is coming at less speed in shower. If this is the quality they are go-in to continue. I wont recommend to anyone

The rooms were clean, the staff was friedly, the technology blend in everythung is also superb. The breakfast served was also delicious. I am usually unable to sleep in hotels but somehow i had the best sleep at residency towers. I am extremely satisfied with my stay.

We had an excellent stay! rooms are very comfortable and modern. Service is excellent. Sky restaurant is very good though i don’t understand why they have to use only foreign alcohol in their cocktails thereby increasing the cost! instead they should give customers the option of using indian brands and foreign brands! food quality and service was very good! we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back whenever we are in chennai again! this was my third time in this hotel

Excellent property. Club room was excellent, it was very clean. Very polite staff. Large breakfast spread. Club room had got a complementary mini bar, which had some great stuff. Will definitely visit this property again.

Pleasant stay in residency towers chennai

Had a nice stay, room was very clean, service was very quick. Breakfast had lot of different options and food was great. Only not so good experience will be during early morning checkout, when i had called the reception nearly 5 times to take the luggage down but nobody responded and once i came down with the luggage on my own, they didn't even acknowledge that they had received a call. That was a bitter sweet end to an otherwise good stay.

Poor reception by front office

I always stay in residency towers when i visit chennai. This time despite booking in advance and informing the requirement for twin beds, we were made to wait for 20+ minutes at the reception and again when we got into the room, realised it was single bed! again had to spend another 10+ minutes to inform the manager to move us to different twin bed room. Front office team need proper training.
