Bed linings were not changed. No hot water. Broken ac vents, no proper circulation of air. Bathroom was like a public toilet.

Bad bed with springs poking, soiled sheets, no water pressure in shower, hand shower broken, toilet spray not working, tiles stained brown with water leakage, heavy water for bath which left skin bad, no wifi, poor service at reeception/room service, room service did not respond and had to order food from outside

Forget about food th hotel does not have a a proper restaurant. The hotel is fit to serve only for banquet purpose. They don't have enough staff. Very bad experience gir the amount they charge.

A hotel that needs a lot of repairs. Batroom shower plus tap broken. It is very noisy curtains in bad shap. The hotel needs a lot of work to get back to a correct place to stay

It was really a bad experience, despite its promising location it short fell in many areas, room was good but outdated. Service was slow and un friendly, even soap and shampoo has to be taken from receptionist and hotel restaurant is only for insiders they won’t allow guests which is very weird

There was a hole in the door and the person could easily see who was inside. Secondly the flush was broken and water was not passing properly inside the flush. There was a cockroach in the washroom inside room. In the break fast there was only idli, pongal bread and butter. Bed was so itchy that i didn't sleep at night. I came to stay but for me it was a jail. But i think jail would have better' facilities. The water was salty for the shower. Even the shower water pressure was very low. I would never ever recommended anyone to stay here.

Hotel lobby floor and the corridors were dusty and not so clean. The bathroom amenities are so rusted and not clean at all. The closet and other amenities were not found clean. When asked for an option to iron clothes and laundry, they don't have the facility for this too. The ac remote wasn't working. Overall, it was not a bitter experience staying at this property.

Very bad experience in my life time and will recommend all to skip this

No words to explain the opposite of best. Very below average and no cleanliness at even single point no staff no restaurant no bed spread no water bottle looks like normal bus stand hotel

1. No cleanliness 2. Rude behaviour of staff and getting into room with their admin cards when we are in room. Very terrible and scare. No one will opt this once stayed.
