Have had a good experience in trebo nestlay chennai. The location was apt for my stay requirement. Service executive was very approachable. Only breakfast was available. Very limited items. The service of the executives can improve. They can be a little more cordial. Amenities is fine. Bathroom flooring can be washed better as when water drops it is very slippery

Property is good and stay was also good. They need to have restaurant atleast with minimum food or they should have staff to arrange the food.

Located at centre of place easy to access. Food needs to be ordered from zomoto; only breakfast is served by hotel which is good and for standard room bathroom are very congested

The stay was good. Staff were very cooperative. Rooms were super clean. Breakfast facility was too good. Overall it was a good experience.

Hotel looks shady. Not the worth value. Room rate was shown as about inr 6500 per night. However, this is little better than a dormitory.

Morning breakfast was very good and the attendents there was very supportive. However, the receptionist was not ready for the support. It seems for hindi belt people, hotel staffs did not support.

The name of the hotel is very modern and we expected a posh hotel. On first look, when we came to the hotel at 10 pm, there was disappointment. The hotel didn't look like a hotel, dimly lit on all floors resulting in our using torch to open and lock the door. The reception area is in a dingy place. The lift was good but once we landed on 3rd floor, the entire floor was poorly lighted and we felt insecure as no one seems to have taken a room there. The room and washroom were okay with no complaints. They were neat and clean. There was a sofa between our bed and the wall kept in such a way that it cannot be used by anyone. Why keep a sofa locking space if it cannot be used ? next morning we went for breakfast, which was arranged in a small room and it was a great relief to see some guests are indeed staying in the hotel. Some couples were also seen and i was relieved that it was not a shady joint after all. The food items were brought from outside, as there was no in-house restaurant. Dosas, rice sevai, vadas, tea/coffee were available. While food items were not hot, you get tea and coffee freshly prepared and hot. If the hotel was full, the dining area could prove inadequate. But for the dim lighting which resembles a pub, the layout of the hotel, and the not so hot and limited breakfast, we have no other complaints. Since we arrived late for check in at 10 pm, we looked out for a veg restaurant nearby and at a distance we could locate a good north indian joint serving roti and dal to satiate our hunger. Hotel is close to egmore station but one has to hire an auto, which charges rs. 120 to rs. 150. Not many s. Indian veg. Hotels are around treebo.

Rooms are decent. Restaurant is nothing but pantry converted to restaurant. Breakfast timings were 8- 10 am. We received reminder call for breakfast timings. Went down to restaurant at 9am found out up-ma dish was over. Left only with idle dish to eat. Omlete availibity was not informed till i saw omlete been served to one family. It's nothing but scam of advertising breakfast inclusive. If you advertise it's inclusive you ensure all the options are available and well informed. One dish to satisfied with is nothing but cheating staff very taking to each other from pantry.
