the hotel's location is one of its positive points, situated next to the road and in a main spot, making it easily accessible. however, the facilities provided by the hotel are average, especially considering the price. i booked a deluxe double room, but was surprised to find that the bed was quite small. nevertheless, the hotel is convenient for a short stay of 1-2 days, especially for solo business travelers. the location and accessibility make it a practical choice, but the hotel could improve its facilities and amenities to better match its pricing.

Upar hotel is located in a quite neighborhood. Yet it's walkable from the main market area. The room sizes are small and amenities/service are basic. There was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in my bathroom. Overall it's worth for its price if you want to stay for less days

Room was clean and spacious. Maintenance of the room was excellent. Various types of food items were provided for breakfast. Staff were very kind and helpful. It’s a secured place for women’s stay.

Property location is good and ameties are decent. Breakfast is not upto the mark of what you get in standards of quality and taste. They don't have smoking rooms and one of my friend had difficulty with that as the room windows were locked by hotel ppl

1 night stay was ok. Ground staff were good. Utham was very good. Telephone handle was dirty, cockroaches were in room, no proper ventilation

The property looks good but the bed is really small we booked for three - 2 adults and a child, the bed is very small and of bad quality if one person turns it disturbs all the three in the bed, no sleep for the whole night. Other things looks good. Descent breakfast and cleanliness better they can provide brush, paste and 2 soaps. If you really don't want to sleep visit this property.
