We took vivanta by taj with excitement but all the worst experience no sona bath which was complimentary. Dinner buffet was the worst i ate veg and non veg but all items were tasteless. Even the chef provided dal makhni but that was also not good the drinks were good and there were very less things to play

Stay rooms are good as expected from taj properties, but breakfast menu is average and below vivanta standards, hence the rating 3!

Courteous, helpful staff. Room & pool cleanliness is okay. Dinner buffet is robbery 2k per person! food is nothing special. Tables in the restaurant often do not have napkins, glasses, cutlery. The menu doesn't mention dinner buffet price. I should have checked. But 2000- per person isn't justified even in a fine-dining boutique restaurant. I have seen better rooms, better service and definitely much, much better food in quality and variety in some 2-star, 3-star hotels. Vivanta it expressway is not at all worth the taj brand name.

Right from our check in till the check out the experience was excellent in every way. The staff were very amicable and totally kid friendly. Never hesitate to help us. The room was clean, with a crystal clear pool and very tasty food.

We had booked two rooms for our family. It was a very comfortable stay at an affordable price. My family enjoyed the stay. The check-in experience was smooth and the staff is friendly. The location of the hotel is very good and there are many restaurants and all supermarkets in the vicinity.

Overall wonderful experience and blending comfort in elegance. Staff was attentive especially kavita, senthil. Room was spotless and arrangements was great. Breakfast buffet was delicious, staff in dining area was going extra mile to ensure every need was met. Overall experience was smooth, enjoyable and left me wanting to return.
