Old setup which requires more maintenance. Staff interaction is good. Food is somehow holding their reputation only.

Break fast is good. Lunch and dinner as well. Very systematic. Neat and cleaning. Enjoyed staying there. Only thing is little bit costly.

Location good, convenient to move from the property. Old building neat but mosaic floor. I booked the room in make my trip as zero booking before making payment i contact ywca international guest house regarding cheek out and they said it is 24 hour check out. When i reach there receptionist talk like police officer and said and there check out time 11am. Actually i checked in on 4. 30 pm and i asked him give me upto 3pm. But he had given only upto 2pm. Complimentary break fast below average, coffee and tea good. Next day morning there was no water in bathroom. I went down to reception 3 times to get water. The staff not trained properly which motor to on to get water. The water bore well very bad water. My experience was really bad

Convenient location for visiting all corners of chennai with the metro station very close by. Good food, amenities and helpful staff. Intercom needs to be checked and kept in good condition. One morning we were getting hot water only in all the taps and needed to go down to inform the reception as the intercom was not working.
