Hotel was neat and well maintained but as a four star hotel they should be providing packaged drinking water which was not there and there were people stayed drunk, and making noises due to which we switched room

Check in process was like a strict teacher student class. Secondly since it was my first visit to chennai one of my close friend came to meet us with his wife and brought dinner for us. We called reception for 6 empty plates but they gave us only 2 plates and charged rs 150 for these 2 plates. Amount was less but it was my 1st experience that a 4 star hotel charge for empty plates. In the morning we went for swimming at pool. It was so dirty with birds feathers and poop. Breakfast was very good.

Good room but terrible food

Location : good off the road and close to ab. Rooms : neat clean and spacious though the mattress was lumpy and not very comfortable. Food : avoidable. Plus point is pool on roof

The room size was quite huge and room services were good enough. But theproperty itself is quite old. Overall good experience but the cleanliness and food quality can be improved

The condition of mattress was really bad. It was an old damanged mattress on which it was impossible to sleep. Even the extra mattress ordered for the kid had the same issue. Food was good

The location is right on the main road and the room was spacious and well furnished. The lights are centrally controlled from a single panel next to the bed. Buffet was just okay.
