hotel kafi accha hai or family ke hisab se jis jagah hai vo kafi accha hai, lekin hospitality and breakfast are not good.

It was a wonderful experience staying at this property. The staff was very helpful and the location of this property is also the best in entire barsana just opposite to kirti da temple

Poor Stay

As compared to tarrif, services very poor. The reception staff behaviour is ignorant. Every service is delayed. When u call them they will say this is chargeable as if they are trained to say so. You have to wait for lunch breakfast everything. Just making amenities doesn't make things good. Make your service good. Poor stay. They don't have courtsey to attend guest. They do-not care to ask to carry bags. Go by our own type attitude.

Pleasant stay

It was a short stay. We mistakenly landed in the mathura branch instead of barsana but ashok ji at wings-ton mathura was extremely helpful. He shifted the booking at no extra cost and made our stay pleasant. The room could have been better maintained. Overall the property was clean.

Worst!

It was a pathetic stay. They dont have staff at hotel. They dont have proper food. There is no facility of warm water. Their geyser crashed down. Receiption staff is rude. They dont care what problems we face in room. A level below pathetic experience!

Good Stay

Pros: 1. Enough space for parking 2. Rooms are spacious 3. Hotel location us very good as it is opposite to kirti mandir. 4. Staff and room services are good. Cons: 1. Breakfast options are very limited. 2. Dinner is kind of a la carte only but with limited options and i personally found it to be more spicy.

Terrible stay

Check in experience was too bad. At checkout there was no on at the counter. I waited for a while and left the key at the desk. I got a call later after many hours to ask where i was. Bathroom was terrible. Stinking. Water logging at bathroom while bathing.
