Terrible management and room service - got allotted a family room instead of a deluxe room since a deluxe room with king sized bed was not available. No towels in the room upon checking - had to ask for it 4 times. Breakfast had limited options and limited quantities - had to ask for a refill multiple times. Hygiene was non existent in the restaurant. The only advantages of this place is the jacuzzi, sauna and swimming pool and the location which is close to the airport.

Amazing experience. Loved my stay. Beautiful property and the room was also clean and upto the mark. Staff was supportive too will surely visit next time.

It's more like an hostel instead of a hotel. Only 2 lifts and a single dinning room where guests are crowded and waiting for breakfast. Rooms badly need fresh painting

Bad service.

Room service was bad after calling even need reminders after 15min, even in bathroom seepage were there. For tea and coffee also we have to ask to share along with hot water pot. Water is serve in glass bottle but cap is of metal and inside it is rusted. Hotel must take care of water quality as bottles are not clean. Hotel ambiance is really good but need to improve overall customer satisfaction. Shall train the staff for improving hospitality.

Its wrong to say it's an hotel, it's a stay place (kind of guest house) nothing more than a big room to stay, staff is less to immediately respond to your call/request, as you enter the room has a dampness smell.

The receptionist was fumbling and taking direction over phone. I had to wait for around 20 minutes bore i got the key to a room that looked like a dormitory with one huge bed and two singles. The toilet was broken. On request did not a bottle of water. The worst of all my experiences

Dull rooms with subpar service

Room was not well maintained. Paint on some of the walls disappeared. Food quality not good. Was not given early check in in spite of putting special request through mmt. Lots of noise coming from the event hosted in the hotel.

Okay. This property is not value for money. Facilities are not so good. It's noisy. During my stay two marriges and a college function was their in their premises and loud music would not let any one rest. Cockroaches are also visible. Most of the parking is almost in junk yard

Worst hotel experience ever in aurangabad

Except the location it was terrible. Rude staff, food was tasteless and full night there was loud noise of tent people and at 7 am there was loud dj music to make it worse. The rooms are stinky and in worst condition

Our stay was very comfortable. The executive suite rooms are very spacious. Overall cleanliness was very good. We were not keeping the keys for house keeping but house keeping staff was cooperative for cleaning at 10pm also. Our breakfast was included. The restaurant was very good, the morning breakfast was nice and with a wide variety. The overall rating for the hotel can be given 4 out of 5.
