    I had book ac rooms, but property provided non ac rooms. It was bad experience for us. So it disturbed our tour.

    Property was changed from the one we booked. There was no intimation from make my trip about this change. We had book another cab to go to new location. Make my trip did not provide any explanation. Even they had no idea about the change.
