I stayed at this place for one night. It's a kind of lodge did not give me the feeling of a hotel. Rooms are also ok ok type. Not properly maintained.

I reached hotel with my parents at 2 am in the morning late night and the receptionist started bothering us with questions regarding check out time. It was mentioned in the booking check out time was 11 am. He said we need to check out at 8 am. No toileteries, water bottle were provided. Bed was dirty and washroom smelt really bad. I booked super deluxe room and it was not even a proper hotel room.

It was very nice hotel with good room and location. Room was neat and clean. Also food was really nice. Staff were courteous and polite. It was totally a pleasant place to stay.

Hotel staff has to improve the way of communication towards with customer, as well they have to accept the electronic id instead of having an arrangement with customer to submit the hard copies.
