the hotel room was not as good as shown in pictures and the bathroom was smelly. i requested them to change the room or clean the bathroom but they didn't do anything. horrible experience 😔

For make my trip users they prefer corner rooms, where wet mops, brooms are kept. Its a common practice by most of the hotels. Whenever i book through mmt they gave me bad rooms even when good rooms are available

Very worst experience. Not at all worth for money, it is like lodge. No hot water, dirty bedsheets, dirt on floor. Etc. They took me to near by tiffin center for complementary breakfast and asking me to eat upma.

Centrally located. With good hotels around. It is no nonsense room. We had booked with breakfast, we got hot poha and aloo parata by 8:30 am in our room. A/c ran fine hot water also came in correct time.

Not so clean rooms, arrogant restaurant staff. Need to take follow-up every-time with reception guy even for trivial things. When asked for tea to the restaurant he just said 'no' and hanged up the call in a very arrogant tone. Pathetic room service pathetic food.

The check-in process itself wasn't exactly top of the line. Parking was a bit of a hassle and bedsheets/furniture could have been cleaner. Dental kit etc. Was provided only the next morning as wasn't available the previous evening. Next day's breakfast options were limited (upma/poha only). The owner/manager tried to make up with polite behaviour, but service levels can't be compensated by sweet talk.
