My time at this hotel was marked by a series of frustrating issues that left me greatly disappointed. The level of management and care from staff members was utterly inadequate, leading to a range of problems that significantly impacted my stay. One of the most significant issues i faced was the lack of hot water for three consecutive days. Instead of receiving a proper solution, i was provided with buckets of hot water by the cleaning staff, which was both inconvenient and unacceptable. Moreover, my room was small and poorly maintained, adding to my discomfort. The fan in the room was also unreliable, and to top it off, the tv had no network connectivity throughout my stay. In addition to these problems, the state of the breakfast area was appalling. The tables were dirty, and the tablecloths seemed to have been neglected for quite some time. I had a very disappointing experience during my stay at Treebo Varsha Palace on December 24th, 2024. There was no option for early check-in, which was highly inconvenient as I arrived at Aurangabad at 7:30 AM by flight and reached the hotel at 8 AM. Due to this, I had to book another place for a 3-hour stay until the check-in time, which added unnecessary stress and expense. The room itself was not well-maintained. It wasn’t clean enough, and basic amenities like water bottles and towels were missing. We had to request them, and only then were they provided. The breakfast options were also very limited and disappointing—just poha, vada, and a few slices of bread. For the price charged, I expected better service and amenities. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations. I would not recommend staying here unless the management improves their service quality.

Strangers were knocking at midnight, cleanliness was not upto mark. Location of hotel was good. Breakfast should have more food items. Bedsheets and pillow cover should be more cleaner.

The room allocated to me was slightly smelly, and the sheets looked like they are not cleaned regularly. There were wires sticking out from the sockets, the exhaust in the washroom wasn't working. And there was no hot water in the morning. They have a restaurant but apparently the chef is on vacation. However, the staff was cooperative and helpful.

Disappointing Experience at treebo **Rating: ★☆☆☆☆** I recently stayed at treebo VARSHA PALACE Aurangabad and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience overall. The service fell far short of expectations, with staff members appearing indifferent and unresponsive to guests' needs. From check-in to check-out, there was a pervasive lack of attention to detail. The room itself was not up to par with what was advertised. It lacked cleanliness, and amenities were either missing or in poor condition. Additionally, the noise level from neighboring rooms and the hallway was disruptive, making it difficult to rest comfortably. Despite voicing concerns to the management, there was minimal effort to address or rectify the issues encountered during my stay. Overall, I cannot recommend due to its poor service and lack of quality. No Hot water ,Breakfast pathetic averaged room clean
