A good value for money hotel that punches above it's weight. Location is ideal, away from city centre, yet within city limits. Staff is courteous, pleasant and helpful. Rooms are very good. Amenities match the room tariff; clean, hygienic bathrooms. Restaurant is on ground floor, good food, an amazing outdoor location to sit and enjoy meals. All in all, zero complaints, 100% satisfaction.

Checked in past midnight, had a nice buffet breakfast in the morning, good spread in chhindwara. Requested late check out, was given.

The room is good, service response is ok, inflexible reception staff, not willing to change it to a twin bed. Drinking water 750 ml in the room is not sufficient for 2 guests in the room.

The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble.
