They didn't have room which we had booked. He was telling stories that it's mm t fault and they hadn't shown any booking. And the owner was very rude and careless with his conversation and asked his manager to just throw us out. Only after we got angry then he agreed to give some suit room, which was the only room empty at that time. They also asked us to pay extra for suit room for which we didn't agree. Over all it was a pathetic experience to start out holiday trip

No parking was provided asked me to park vechicle on road which was quite risky as it was a brand new car

A very clean, spacious hotel with courteous staffs. Rooms are having the extra single bed set up that eeally helps a family size of 4. An overall experience is considered as nice and comfortable.

Kind of shady staff will be trying to interact more with female guests and will entertain inlay requests made by female guests.

Stay was very good and rooms were very spacious too. Bathroom were clean and lift facility was also there. It's 1. 6 kms from ksrtc bus stop.

The mk orked hotel was good location and also near to bus stand. Very good property to staying here. At the stoff was very good response. And it was softy place to stay here. Totally good hotel.

Well maintained place. Staff is also good. Location is in city all the basic facilities are easily reachable from here. Market, restaurants are nearby

Hotel was asking to pay more saying you have booked semi deluxe room but all are full and only deluxe rooms are available and you need to pay 1000 more per room per night to stay. It took some heated discussion and call to mmt to get this resolved but this was a very bad experience for us. Will not recommend this hotel to anyone

Hotel Mk Arcade is recently renovated. Rooms are clean, spacious for 2 people. Elevator is working properly. They don't have restaurant (previously available). Unfortunately none of the restaurant in Chikmagalur is that good.

No clear communication about extra charges. No free drinking water. If you can install marble showpieces and jaguar bathroom fittings, I don't think installing a water purifier for your guests is a big deal, unless u want to earn extra by selling a bottle of water. If this is the way you run a business, then it's the worst business plan . Your manager is a compulsive liar and lied about everything under the sun including jeep charges about which I had discussed with him a day earlier. Please do not accept any extra services from this guy. He is after your money and would never give u any bill. Hotel management changed 6 months ago and no wonder if it changes again with this guy as manager. Advice to traveller don't choose this hotel. One of the worst experience.

The hotel is located near to the shopping area in the town. The room was well maintained and clean. 24 hours hot water is available. If the restaurant was open on the hotel, or would have been very good. Otherwise, a pretty good hotel in a good location.

The hotel has good staff. The room service is good. The entire stay is amazing. There is restaurant next to this hotel serves amazing food. The entire experience is more than value of money. The best place for family.

No restaurant in the hotel. We had to eat outside. Not even room service was done. If we had known we would not have come here. Very pathetic experience.
