The hotel is center of city, 3 star, the hotel is almost on edge of demolishing stage inside nothing in room is working very dirty and dusty

Not cost effective, poor maintenance, late responces. No receptionist present on desk, no bisleri bottled water, if asked from restaurant, more than double the cost, no good restaurant, loud and disturbing noise during night.

Pathetic hotel to stay. No power back-up. Those in hangover only can stay and this hotel is for drunkards only. Never ever venture with family. Horrible place. Makemytrip to be sued for having these kind of hotels in their list. Not a sip of water available or arranged by mgmt. Truly mm t should be penalised for suggesting this hotel for a family. Will see if mm t responds to this feedback or else it ll be followed by a suit next.

it's a worst property..with in 10 minutes we check out that place because nothing hills that property evan basic towel soap also not there pls refund our amount 😢

The service is bad. The rooms are not clean. The building is too old and no maintenance is done. Not suitable for family travel. The rooms are cheap.

Hotel not upto the mark, ill maintained rooms. No tv, worst rooms, infested with cockroach. No wifi or complementary breakfast.

While it looks like some sort of repair is going on, the place is not pleasing at all. The hallways are creepy with multiple rooms almost gutted. The room we got. Size wise was good. The bedsheets and the state of the room was not great. Bathroom big but again not great. The bucket and mug is not usable at all. I bought a new mug myself. The staff was courteous. If they have the right place to manage, this has potential.

Planters court: a big disappointment

Once upon time it was a lovely hotel but not now, requires lot of maintenance work, even for the rooms. No proper room service. Only plus point is ample space for car parking and the lovely chinese pub inside the complex.

Our experience at the planters court was terrible. Most of the hotel was shut down for renovation. Don't understand why they are available for service if they have to do renovation. Entire place was deserted with no staff available. Completely understaffed. There was no one at the reception whenever we needed them. Drinking water was not available nor any bottled water.
