Resort was good, service is very poor and maintenance is not that great. Food is not that great and don’t have much options. No activities planned like coffee plantation walk, mulyanagiri trek which they mentioned. Also special food which mentioned in menu are not served. Overall bad experience

Excellent place to stay with family for couple of days. You can experience the true nature with lots of coffee plantation. Food is excellent, staff is very supportive and friendly.

It’s a beautiful property! the villas are huge and the private pool adds to its charm. The food was great too. We enjoyed our stay here. Highly recommended.

Location of resort is not good. Pool water is contaminated and seem like its not cleaned on regular basis. Patio is not at all maintained. Food is good.

Hotel is very old. No renovation. Staff is good. Except inside house everything is nice. Resort is excellent. Renovation of rooms definitely required

The property is good, lots of greenery, and coffee plantation. The facilities are nice and the folks at the restaurant really take care of you. Folks like gagan, wilfred, anil and abhisek are brilliant. The in-room dining in not that good, we never got water when we asked for it before heading to bed. We had to ask again in the morning. The people at spa are just not good enough for this sort of property. They said they were busy a particular day and we could just walk in next day. When we said we could take an appointment they say just walk in next day and when you walk in next day they say they are busy again and do not have time. That was being rude.

Location: very close to the main city but set in the middle of a coffee plantation which gives an isolated feel. Staff: super courteous and always eager to help. Room: the estate terrace room was the best as it had double bed room with equally large bathroom (state of the art. Then at the ground floor family room with huge tv and place to work and a small step into the garden leads the way to private pool. Super clean. Restaurant: i would say they strive hard and their breakfast is really good. I felt some items are too bland for my taste. Once again staff at the restaurant are too good. Plantation walk: mr pradeep ( name may be incorrect) is a naturalist who is also a snake rescuer and has in-depth knowledge about flora and fauna, he ended the walk with coffee brewing (lots of variety and preparation techniques) activity room: a large snooker table, which is not well maintained, i would recommend a small 9 ball pool table instead. Table tennis, carrom, chess and couple of other small board games were there. Spa: extremely pricey but mixed reviews. Common pool: one of the biggest i have seen, but rarely used as most rooms have private pool. Morning walk around the property on a well laid out thar road is highly recommended. Cycling on the same path is also best thing to do. Gym, full sized, tennis, badminton, volleyball and cricket ground. I would recommend turf cricket or box cricket to be installed as no one has the energy to run on a full size ground. Check in: welcome drink, warm staff and they serve us cold towels to freshen up. Smooth and easy process and then a guided tour of the property with timings and finally the room tour. If you are planning for a special occasion with your family, this is the place to be. A short drive from bangalore is another advantage.

Amazing property located within the large lush coffee plantation and supporting tree plantation. The cottages are beautifully spaced within the plantation making the property look even more pleasant. The hyegine is well maintained within the room and property. The pool villas have a cute private pool within each gated compound. The washrooms with zaccuzi are pleasingly kept with scented jasmine. The food menu and the breakfast buffet has a lot of variety and they all taste good. A very good stay in chikmagalur which i would love to stay again and recommend to others who would not mind the luxury stay price of the property.

Pool was clean. But pool side platforms and portico area can be kept more clean using water jet machine spray. No souvenirs or gifts given at checkout. Rest all the services were great.

We really loved our stay in jacuzzi villa… Chef Anil prepared Jain meals for our lunch/dinner/breakfast.. staff was really quick and humble… best for relaxation & spend quality time with ur partner… looking forward to stay again
