The hotel is pretty average. The rooms and the bathrooms are not well cleaned, no toiletries / water bottles / coffee sachets were present. I had opted for breakfast in the stay itself, however at the time of checkout i came to know certain food items were not part of the breakfast and i had to pay extra for the same.

Very poor construction and badly maintained. Property is with unfinished balconies. Provided kettle without coffee and tea making items. No lift

Spiders in every where inside the room.

Very much spiders inside the room, even on beds too. Just location is good, staff is nice in behaviour, food is not so much good. Owner should take care about the cleanliness and hygiene.

You can enjoy the hill view sitting at your room balcony. Further you can enjoy the pleasant mornings sitting at the space available in front of the hotel. Only drawback is that this hotel doesn't have lift and having very steep steps. Morning you will get coffee tea only after 7. 30 am

Rooms and cleanliness

Rooms are another as described and balconies are not at all worth calling balcony. Cleanliness is poor. bathrooms stinks as exhaust doesn't work. Only one super deluxe room is OK but balcony doesn't score.

Hotel was good and clean, but bad maintenance. Geyser not working, tv was not working. Informed owner regarding the same, but he is not much interested in taking care of the problem. Staff were good and very co-operative. Breakfast is limited- a loo paratha, toast and tea.

The hotel is located right on the highway - easy to locate. We checked in late at night & left after having breakfast the next day & the complete experience was great. The hosts were very warm & generous. Overall an excellent stay.

So, me and my family were staying at this hotel, discovering it is the worse hotel i ever stayed. 1. Our rooms were given to someone else without even calling us and confirming anything. 2. We were given a family suite which was just dirty, full of spieders and bugs. 3. The phone service were not working. 4. No proper receptionist 5. No fans for family suite. 6. No proper management of rooms, like not taking the used soaps and things. Worse of the worse if you are trying to find hotels near chintpurni, go to hotels near chintpurni don't go here. Last warning.
