*1/5 - extremely disappointing stay at hotel ojas* i recently had the misfortune of staying at hotel ojas by ideal yathri nivas in chitradurga, and it was an unmitigated disaster. The hotel's poor customer service, lack of amenities, and uninviting ambiance made my trip a nightmare. *customer service: 1/5* the staff was unresponsive, unhelpful, and seemed completely disinterested in providing even basic assistance. Requests were met with indifference, and issues remained unresolved. *amenities: 1/5* no restaurant on site! unbelievable for a hotel claiming to cater to travelers. The absence of basic amenities like a functional restaurant made our stay incredibly inconvenient. *ambiance: 2/5* the hotel's ambiance was lackluster and uninviting. Rooms were dull, and common areas were poorly maintained. *cleanliness: 2. 5/5* while the rooms were relatively clean, the overall maintenance and hygiene left much to be desired. *value for money: 1/5* overpriced for the subpar services and amenities offered. *overall experience: 1/5* avoid hotel ojas at all costs. The hotel's inadequacies and poor customer service ruined our trip. Look elsewhere for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in chitradurga. *recommendation* improve customer service, add essential amenities (like a restaurant, and revamp the ambiance to make this hotel even remotely considerate for travelers. As soon as we reached the hotel, the receptionist was not there, then the room was not ready and the bed sheets were not clean, the tv was not working and took 15 min to fix but still didn't work on the hot water was very slow so finally we had to change the room and it was really bad experience and the room kinda smelling

There is no breakfast facility rooms are not quite clean it feels quite deserted it is a bit far from city as well

There are lot of mosquitos in the room no canteen facility at the venue, guests have to travel 5kms to have food and come back

Location is very good. Rooms are good. Out side of room not cleaned. Bed sheet n pillow covers and bath room towel not at all ok. Rest all ok if you relax without sound.

Basic no frills hotel with restaurant, cleanliness was maintained and staffs were cooperative, hotel is near to madras cafe which has a zeon ev charger

No basic amenities. After checking in asked for regular drinking water, receptionist answer was, we are not providing any compliment here. I was asking for regular drinking water not bottled water. So we have to purchase it. No toiletries as mentioned while booking time. Hotel provided only a towel. That can be used for small baby. No water heater connection. Wash basin pipe chocked. Overall very bad and worst experience.

Checkin was quick. Room was ready when i reached. Reception person provided me leaflet for local tourist attractions. Room ambiance is very basic. Tv exists but no channels subscription. Ac works but temperature can’t be controlled. Beds and pillows were washed but had old stains visible. Wash basin drain pipe was not present so water falls directly to washroom floor. Toilet was fully functional. Bathroom tap covers were not present. Only good part is room was clean not stinky and no mosquitoes. Good for those who just want to arrive in room sleep and leave next morning.
