Found this property extremely pleasant to eyes; along with the well maintained green space they had their swimming pool clean and in well working condition. With minimal extra charges they provide bonfire with food service. All mentioned amenities were in-place and the staff was welcoming enough to deal with the issues being faced by the guests. Cleanliness of the rooms was not at its best but the food and the outdoor experience was exactly as we imagined.

The stay wasn't up to the mark, the provided room was a little bit old furnished or under maintenance looking. Service speed especially at the restaurant. Food was good.

Hotel was just perfect for us for an overnight stop. The property is big and enough space for kids to play in the ground.

Public area are very decorative but rooms and specially washrooms are very dirty. Around 9:00pm i left the room and hired another hotel as there was no lock system inside room, any staff member with key can enter in the room, no ladies staff, no attention at reception, rooms are dirty, scary place as no other guest were present.

Rooms are not as good and clean. In the room the cleanliness is zero, bedsheets are dirty, no gel and no proper toiletry in the washroom. From room no communication to the reception. The swimming pool is full of dirt and bugs. If i want to then it should be a big zero, total wastage of money.

The staff was not cooperative. And the rooms were very dirty and unhygienic. There were insects and lizards in the room. The geyser in the washroom was not working. Do not recommend the hotel.

The rooms were not cleaned at all, we booked a garden facing room and its chairs and floor had dust all over it, we had to ask them to mop the floor and chairs, tv was not working, also service was not good, it's on the costlier side as well, so i don't recommend staying in it.

The property is very nice. But the management is completely unprofessional. One man is responsible for check-in, luggage transfer, food order booking, check out and any kind of maintenance. The rooms and wash rooms are not maintained. The garden view rooms are actually security cabins on both side of main gate. Garden, swimming pool are very nice. Location is nice. Food is good.

The place is good close to a dam. Scenic view is good and lot of places to take pictures. The approach road is now good and is very close to main highway. Rooms are in a poor condition but okay for a night stay. Hotel staff is generally lost and cleanliness is bad. Still it is okay to stay once you travel-ling long distances and need a place to just rest. Food is average.

Rooms are not maintained well, hotel service staff is arrogant, as if people don't pay money and are coming there for free. The place is not welcoming for guests its just are pathetic room service and worst resort, catering staff is extremely rude and unwelcoming barely stayed at the place for 6-7 hours just to sleep, the reception staff demanded extra charge which is fine but looks like scam and they dont comply rules of booking . They have purposefully made rooms which we booked horrible despite telling them to keep it clean before checking in hence as customer wants to upgrade and when asked for upgrade the staff demands extra charges. Despite everything the linen was torn, rooms were smelly with bathrooms not clean, towels were like rags used to clean floors.
